Subreal Art Fair, co-founded by Mexican artist Alejandro Glatt, is a contemporary pop art platform with editions in Mexico City, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Tel Aviv. The platform pursues a fresh, vibrant, and urban approach to art fairs that expands beyond conventional formats to include a plurality of artistic practices and cultural perspectives. The 2026 Mexico City edition took place from February 5 to 8 at Foro Tonalá within the context of Art Week, bringing together national and international artists whose work spans urban art, contemporary pop, conceptual work, light-based installations, and experimental formats. The project activates the space throughout the day with exhibitions and transforms it in the evenings with special events, dinners, sub-events, and collaborations, generating new forms of encounter between artists and audiences in a dynamic cultural setting.
