“Echoes of Israel” is a dynamic mixed media collage by Mexican Jewish artist Alejandro Glatt, created to celebrate the 76th anniversary of Israel’s Independence Day. In April 2024, Alejandro personally collected every printed material featured in this piece during his recent trip to Israel, including ticket stubs, product labels, and promotional items like Apple and Eve juice branding. The artwork integrates cultural symbols such as the Kotel and Magen David, and showcases Alejandro’s favorite Jewish artists: Ezra Baderman (@ezrabaderman), Alex Woz (@woz_art), Steve Marcus (@smarcusart), Marock (@marock.jewels), and Pilpeled (@pilpeled). Their distinctive artistic styles enrich the vibrant visual narrative of the collage.
